Kris came by the same morning I called. He identified an error with the wiring on the capacitor on my outside unit that has existed since the system was installed new by another company. He resolved the noisy compressor that others said was normal in minutes by using the wiring diagram on the cover to spot their error. He also quickly identified the root cause of the problem with the HVAC system, which was a faulty blower motor. I wish he was around three years ago when this unit was first installed incorrectly! He was prompt, professional and did a fantastic job!

Alex was great! He explained everything in detail about the problems I had with my AC unit! He was extremely polite and considerate! He even went and got two portable AC units for me to use until I could get a new unit installed!

Gerry was amazing, he fixed what 2 other companies couldn't figure out. Instead of just telling me "I don't know", he took the time to figure it out and find a solution. Will definitely call again when I need service.

The breadth of knowledge that this company has is pretty deep. Josh Boatman has been in the industry for many, many years and has both technical and project management experience in new systems and existing system repair. His knowledge of all system manufacturers is extensive. You would not be wrong to call him and the people at Grizzle to either supply your new unit or trouble shoot your current unit. He has personally worked on units in two homes I’ve lived in (Canyon and Amarillo) and I wouldn’t think of calling anyone else.
As they say, don’t sizzle, call Grizzle!

Upon arrival he asked what we were experiencing and asked follow up questions which took us to the condenser unit to begun troubleshooting. During this time he explained what he was checking out and what the values should be and what parts he was replacing. While waiting for verification that the system was operating as intended and me explaining past maintenance calls led him to check refrigerant levels and discover a air flow issue that was due to a dirty filter. This thorough troubleshooting prevented another possible call out due to the unit freezing up. When I told him I had an issue with my thermostat that he was able to call it into the office and get me a new thermostat within the warranty timeframe saving me cost of a new unit.
